All customised safety shoes and all insoles used are required to meet the requirements of EN ISO 20345:2011(2022). We are able to supply you with foot protection that is already certified in advance for the fitting or use of orthopaedic insoles.

Are you in need of new safety shoes for a large number of employees? We can also visit you in person if you have a large workforce and bring our foot measurement equipment with us. Enquire with our specialist team about what we can do for you.
We also offer an extensive range of semi-orthopaedic inlays and insoles. These are orientated to the different anatomies of the longitudinal arches of the foot and ensure optimum stability, noticeable relief and personalised cushioning.

The four steps to your orthopaedic customised safety shoe or orthopaedic insole:
- Selection of a suitable safety shoe model from our range. We would be happy to advise you if you need help. We offer a comprehensive choice of certified models. These can be recognised by the corresponding ‘DGUV 112-191’ marking.
- You submit the medical certification with the necessary adjustment measures to your orthopaedic footwear specialist.
- Your orthopaedic footwear specialist will perform the adjustments independently using the ELTEN manufacturing instructions.
- Your orthopaedic footwear specialist will invoice you for the measures performed.
